Phone support is available from 8am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday. All phone calls are answered live. Our optional CastNET Assurance Plus program offers 24/7 support including weekends and holidays.
Software upgrades are made available throughout the year. Standard upgrades are included at no additional charge as part of the program. Our Help Desk staff who have remote access to the on-site CastNET server will perform the upgrade.
CastNET Assurance does not cover hardware and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. CastNET Help Desk will help clients determine if there is a hardware issue and recommend a course of action with the hardware manufacturer.
